Sumatra

This Sumatra Natural is very flavorful.  It's one of the best Sumatras I've had.  Since it's a natural processed coffee you don't get the earthiness of a typical wet hulled bean.  This is roasted as a medium dark but if you would like a lighter roast put a note with your order.  As a light roast it's very fruit forward with a lot of sweetness and some acidity.  Sumatra is not typically a bean you'd find that is good with a light roast.
